When the pandemic separated most people, Jenn and Ram’s story was different. Despite them breaking up before the lockdowns, they were able to find their way back into each other’s arms. And they never let go after that. Looking at how they look at one another, I’m glad to witness a day where love wins. Moments and celebrations like this one remind me of how fulfilling it is to be a West Vancouver Wedding Photographer.

Their intimate West Vancouver Backyard Wedding was simple yet charming in its unique way. The lovely details of their reception show the couple’s fun side subtly and elegantly. I enjoyed taking photos of their aesthetic because of how visually pleasing it was. It only shows that tailoring your day to match your personality radiates a special and loving charm. I’m just so delighted to know their story and am honoured to be their Vancouver Wedding Photographer. I could see how perfect they were for each other. They share the same interests, passions, and past jobs – working for mental health. Plus, add cooking, and traveling to the list! Who would have thought that after meeting on Bumble, working for the same hospital, and getting that second date in the hospital’s coffee shop three years ago; that they would be having the most beautiful Vancouver Backyard Wedding?

I just love how easy it was for me to capture the joyful, intimate and candid moments of everybody in attendance. Jenn and Ram’s genuine smiles and laughter were so contagious that everyone couldn’t help but do the same. They were indeed a couple filled with humour and fun, which made their special day more memorable to me. I also got the pleasure of working as a Vancouver Wedding Photographer with the incredibly talented Alex as their coordinator.
